I chose Ivan B, singer born in 1996, part of the rap scene since high school. His texts are very deep, his style is centered on heartbreak, self feelings and love. His beats are slow and calm, his voice is strong and loud.
The title I picked is one of my favorite from him, called "Back to you" - this is also a shout out to my RORL project since the music is about a long distance relationship and its challenges.

My storytelling will focus on a girl, living abroad. This girl is in a relationship since a year and a half with her boyfriend yet, they're separated by the distance. He's back home -she's in this new environment, alone.
Thinking about him, about their intimate moments, his love for her... she can't wait to see him again and can't think of anything else except him.
She'll be longing for his presence, she'll prepare herself, dress up, do her makeup with a will of being sensual, sexy and pretty for his visit.
All she can think about is their reunion. She's living for it and counting the days, the hours before being in his arms again.

This longing is joined by the desire to be attractive and prepared for her lover. While waiting for him, she's dressing up, putting makeup on, admiring her reflect in the mirror and feeling herself.
Underwears, perfum, makeup, subdued light...this mood is defining longing and almost fiever.

This is Sixtine. She's 20, lives in Amsterdam since a few months and left Paris where her boyfriend is. Her relationship is very intense and passionate, she's missing him every single day and keeps speaking to him all the time. She knows that he's coming only in a few days yet, she can't seem to keep her patience and it's becoming harder and harder to focus on her personal life as well as her professional life.
Her emotions are very intense, she's feeling alone, here by herself, she's feeling as if something was missing, like a part of her wasn't there. She's day dreaming, picturing her lover every second of the day.
The viewer will definitely see the desire and torturous wait the subject is experiencing.
Even though those emotions are connoting a weak aspect, softer personality... her facial expression is strong and empowered. She's feminine, she's feeling sexy and wants to be the best version of herself when meeting with him again.
